Description:	This file contains the photograph of the first constitutional convention of the PFNA hosted by Open Bible Standard Churches in Des Moines, Iowa, in October 1948. Chairman Jeff Farmer comments that the founders and patriarchs at that council were white/anglo leaders. He envisioned that the PCCNA would include African-American brothers and sisters, as well as Hispanics, Native Americans, etc.
